As a Certified Integrative Healing Practitioner I am living my dream helping people achieve their health goals. I have spent 20 years researching every aspect of natural healing and have made it my life long quest to continue that learning. I am able to pull knowledge from many sources including my four year honor's degree in biomedicine, my three year diploma in massage therapy, and many different natural healing courses.
I am a high energy, passionate woman and I love true, natural beauty. I love spending time with family, homesteading, cooking and hiking, riding my horse, dog agility and travelling. I cherish every moment I am able to do the things I love because it was not long ago that I was in constant pain, fatigued and unable to do anything.
On September 28th, 2018 I gave birth to my son Kaiden! This was the best day of my life. It wasn’t long ago that I didn’t think I would ever be able to have a child because I could barely take care of myself due to lupus, migraines, interstitial cystitis and a whole host of other symptoms.
My Health Issues Were Ruining My Life
I couldn’t take care of myself, let alone a child, and doctors didn’t think I would be able to have a successful pregnancy
My migraines were trapping me in a dark, sound-proof room making me miss out on family events due to fear of scents triggering one
Not being able to sleep at night left me tired and unable to accomplish tasks at work
Joint pain and fatigue kept me from being able to compete with my dogs in agility
Depression and anxiety limited my social life
Interstitial cystitis ruined my sex life and was affecting my relationship with my spouse
Cystic acne and my extra weight made me self-conscious and not want to dress up and go out
My moods swings were driving my family crazy and putting a strain on my relationships
The symptoms from lupus limited my ability to function and I eventually had to stop working all together
I Didn't Address My Health Issues and They Quickly Spiraled Out of Control
In August of 2012 I had to quit my job and move home with my parents because I could barely lift a spoon most days...
This was my breaking point - giving up everything I had worked for. I had prided myself on being a strong, independent woman but my body had given up. I knew it was the right choice and I am proud of myself for doing it. I needed to heal. I needed to learn how to heal. I needed to change my life.
It Took Me Six Years to Heal My Body
I healed from migraines that had plagued me for 20 years (had my first one at age 7). I’ve been migraine-free for over 8 years!
After suffering from insomnia since 13 years old, I am now sleeping 6-8 hours a night (…until Kaiden was born lol).
I have been in remission from lupus for almost 6 years without the use of medications.
I successfully got off Effexor and I am no longer suffering from depression or anxiety.
I healed from interstitial cystitis! Yay for pain free sex!
I lost 20lbs that I had struggled with losing since a teen.
I healed from cystic acne and I am proud of my natural beauty (no Photoshop).
I had a healthy pregnancy and delivered a 9lb 8oz healthy baby boy after carrying him to 42 weeks!
I am happy, vibrant, and full of energy!
I built a successful Integrative Healing Practice, published my book, Heal Yourself, and launched The Integrative Healing Academy where I train people who are passionate about natural healing and helping other to become Integrative Healing Practitioners.

I Can Accomplish Anything I Desire
I have the motivation, drive and energy to work with clients, train students and graduates in The Integrative Healing Academy, travel for speaking events while being a mom and still enjoying homesteading, hiking with my dogs and riding my horses!
I Did More Healing in Six Months than in Five Years
The journey was definitely worth it but it was frustrating at times. I spent so much money and took many steps backwards on trial and error. I did more healing in six months than I did in the other five years. Using functional lab testing, I was able to get to the root cause of my health issues and heal my body as a whole instead of focusing on simply reducing the symptoms.
